Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return or replacement in the following cases:

  • You report the issue within 3 days of receiving your order

To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened electronic components, software, or consumables
  • Clearance, sale, or final-discount items
  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery

Return Process

  1. Email us at info@bytepartsithub.store with your order number, product details, and a clear photo of the item and packaging.
  2. Our support team will verify your request and share return instructions if approved.
  3. Once the product is received and inspected, we will confirm your refund or replacement.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item).

Replacements

If you request a replacement instead of a refund and the item is in stock, we will ship it at no additional cost.
