Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened electronic components, software, or consumables
- Clearance, sale, or final-discount items
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery
Return Process
- Email us at info@bytepartsithub.store with your order number, product details, and a clear photo of the item and packaging.
- Our support team will verify your request and share return instructions if approved.
- Once the product is received and inspected, we will confirm your refund or replacement.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item).
Replacements
If you request a replacement instead of a refund and the item is in stock, we will ship it at no additional cost.
